Supposedly it's transparent and moving in the lower portion of the frame.

All it is in my opinion is a flowere/weed stalk that is out of focus due to the focus on the animal in the background!! It moves in a gentle swaying motion and you can actually make out a small top portion of the plant!?

What are your thoughts?? No big deal here, just looks like camera/video
out of focus-ness.

I guess it might be worth trying to get the raw footage off the owner, but these types of videos can easily be faked.

That's what I thought- a flower or weed swaying and out of focus. But I was just curious as to other peoples opinions.

Yep, I agree with you and it's always nice to find out that you are not the only one who sees something in a specific way. Sure looks that way to me, but I am being labeled as a skeptic even though I am not on the following thread if you want to check it out or add to it!

the people filming the goat or whatever, are obviously behind a glass surface.

the thing we see is just a reflection of someone, most likely a kid. you can even hear that there are kids there....
