I have to be honest this video makes you think a little...
In the video a firefighter explain why he thinks its going to collapse and surprise not because of fire.
On the other hand the damages do seem inconsistent with a straight down collapse

a 40 story building is simply not going to fall over sideways. It just doesn't work that way. Yu'd have to take out an enourmous portion of the base.
