Problems With The World !!!

Why is it that when someone breaks in your house and is there by Breaking and Entering ... or is there for the simple reason to Steal or Kill. And someone kills a person ... they are clear and free. But why is it than whenever they get caught they do not get the death penalty. Whenever if they would have been put in the right situation they would have killed that night ?? And whenever they get our 60% of the time they go and committ the same crime they were put in for the first time. Then on top of that 30% of the people that go into the system BECOME the system whether it is in Gangs or the simple fact they can get free meals and place to stay at any time ????

You can't convict someone for what they might do.

As to the reoffenders, yeah, we get that a lot. "Winter's coming up, we'll be seeing Billy soon." Easy living for those that consider jail a second home.

So if someone commits a crime why isn't there a FLAT line of Punishment for everyone ... Such as ... if you take a Gun and kill someone in a Hostage situation or in a situation where there is a witness to that murder. Then that person should DIE. Although this could be abbused ... It would not be if you would not put yourself aroudn people like this.
