The Universe is a big place. Through the years 1917 and 1932 the size of the known Universe expanded 1 Trillion times* our solar system is but a speck of light in the 500 thousand million stars of the Milky Way.
Galaxy, the word derived from the Greek word gala, meaning milk is just one of countless others. Each star in our Galaxy can be like our Sun hence giving the opportunity for life to flourish around it on near by planets.
There are around 240 billion Galaxy's, so the amount of Stars like our Sun in the Universe is!
Well try 240 Billion times 500 thousand million that's how many think about that. That's a lot of stars. One could argue that value may go up in the future as we learn more about the Universe or Universes we live in.
The Milky Way Galaxy compared to the universe is like comparing a very small metal screw with the mass of a 240,000 ton ship of which it is a part.
Imagine a one inch square with 500 dots inside it. Each dot representing a Star. At the same density, it would take 1 billion square inches, or almost 65 hectares, to accommodate the Galaxy's 500 billion Stars. Now if their average spatial relationship in the Galaxy were added to this one dimensional scale, one star for every 3.26 square inches, the stars would spread out for 15.3 square miles.
If our solar system could fit into a coffee cup, our Galaxy would be the size of North America, and just think how big Texas is all by its self.
The Milky Way Galaxy mass is equal to about 180 billion Suns.
*trillion means 1,000 billion, one billion means 1,000 million.
We will have time enough for 167 million generations before our Sun dies; it took only 66,000 generations to get us from the trees to the Moon.
If the diameter of our solar system were scaled to 2.54 centimeters (1inch) then our galaxy diameter would be 100,000 miles.
One second of our Suns energy equals 13 million times the average annual electricity consumption of the United States.
That抯 more energy in one second than mankind has consumed in the whole of its history. In watts it抯 equal to 380,000 billion billion kilowatts.
Currently we receive only 2 parts per billion of the Suns total energy output. If the Earth where a large coin then a circular field with a mile-wide diameter would be the whole area that is reached by the Sun.
Neutrinos are subatomic particles produced by the nuclear fusion in the Suns core. (Hydrogen to Helium) Neutrinos travel at the speed of light, reaching the Suns surface in three seconds, they then go onwards and outwards.
Neutrinos rarely interact with matter, they are practically unstoppable. A typical neutrino could travel through a trillion miles, several light years worth of lead shielding.
Because they can travel through any thing we get hit by them, every second each of us say hello to 100 million million of them, they pass through the Earth on the back side, so when you don't see the sun that won't matter your still getting your fair share.
Our Moon is the fifth largest Moon in the solar system, surpassed in size only by Jupiter's Ganymede (the largest) Callisto, Saturn's Titan and finally Neptune's Triton.
The diameter of the Moon is about one-forth the size of the Earth. The lunar soil is called regolith; about 500,000 craters on the Moon can be seen from Earth with the largest most powerful telescopes.
The largest crater is called Bailly, a great walled plain near the southern limb of the Moon, its (294 Kilometers ) (183miles) in diameter, it is ancient, the peak of its walls rise 14,000 feet in many places and because of its position near the south pole the Moon distorts our optical view of it. It is 4kilometers deep.
For larger craters on the Moon you need to look on the dark side Hertzsprung and larger Maria**. There are billions of small micro craters (zap pits) that cover the entire surface of the Moon, tiny grains of rock and metal called micrometeorites continually strike the lunar surface, creating micro craters, Over the countless years this has caused the lunar soil. This also rounds off the crater rims.
Micrometeorites are from 0.000254 to 0.00254 of a centimeter and travel at about 113,00 kilometers per hour (70,000mph). Packing 100 times more energy than equivalent mass of TNT.
Crater Copernicus (considered the most impressive crater on the moon) dominates the Oceanus Procellarum, just west of the lunar central line, it is prominent at full Moon, and its massive walls reach heights of 17,000feet. That's twice as high as the Grand Canyon; Copernicus was formed 1billion years ago when a Rock 2 kilometers in size struck the surface with the power of one million, one megaton bombs.
The rough and bright areas of the Moon are known as highlands or uplands. They are contrasted to the **smooth darker regions known as Maria, formed by the ancient lava flows.

If one million tones of typical lunar soil were processed, they would yield approximately, 56,000 tones of Aluminum, 139,000 tons of Iron, 56,000 tons of Titanium, 44,000 tones of Magnesium, 194,000 tons of silicon, and 139,000 tons of Oxygen.
The amount of lunar material needed to build a spherical type space habitat large enough for 10,000 people has been estimated at about 3.6 million tones. The excavation site for this amount of material would have a depth of about 4 meters (13 feet) and be a square area, each side of which is 2,460feet (750metres), this would be a relatively small amount of material and its removal would be difficult to see as it would not create a crater, more like skimming than digging.
Moonquakes occur on the moon, about 3000 a year vs. 800,000 Earthquakes of the same low intensity for the same period on the Earth. Moonquakes are associated with tidal forces of the earth's gravity.
However there is another kind of Moonquake that occurs in groups and seems unrelated to the Earth Moon orbital distance. Moonquakes occur much deeper in the Moons interior than do Earthquakes, about 600-800kilometer (370-500miles).
The average Moonquake does not release much more energy than a firecracker; all the Moonquakes in the year would not produce more energy than a modest fireworks display on guy Fawkes.
Moon based seismometers pick up meteorite strikes as well as Moonquakes, they produce different readings. Because the interior of the Moon is so quite compared to that of the Earth, even the impacts of the small meteorites can be detected. Any meteorite weighing more than 10kilograms (a small grapefruit) would be detected no matter where it fell on the Moon. About 100 are registered a year, together unlike the Moon quakes, their combined energy would pack a hell of a punch.

On the surface the difference in temperature between bright and dark can be as high as 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Apollo 15 learned that just one meter below the surface there was only a temperature variation of a few degrees.

In 1511 however, folklore has it that a monk was killed by a meteorite in Cremona, Italy. In 1860 Ohio a calf was not so lucky and in 1911 Egypt nor was a dog.
The only human injury on record as caused by a meteorite took place in Sylacauga, Alabama, on 30 November 1954. Mrs.E.Hulitt Hodges was resting on her living room couch when a 1.5-Kilogram (3pound) meteorite crashed on the roof of her home, tore through the living room ceiling bounced off a radio and struck her on the left thigh, it caused severe bruising.

Although are current home is safe for now in a relative cosmic blink the Earth will be devoid of all life. Given that death can not finish one off, well how long does one continue then? If the answer is for ever, well I happen to think that forever is a fairly long time in my estimations of things. After some consideration I am therefore going to do the following.
- Understand that I can't possibly work out all aspects to life and existence.
- I'm going to play fair, hard but fair.
- I will expend effort from time to time when needed to centering my mind, as this ride goes on a ways I'm going to need to master what is me at least know what rest is. Central peace we all should know this central point very well and not stray to far.
- An important point or question is this, is it more important to master my internal world including mental and spiritual physicals vs. mastering the external world? The answer of course is both simultaneously.
Of all history so far, today must be held as humanities cusp, earth抯 monumental proud prize man, in which the good Earth has invested so much. Will we mature and become what we ultimately could realize? A culture highly organized peaceful & prosperous, a good species aware of its actions, and results of those actions. Finally with wars over come and health issues resolved what then? Global self reflection? A reappraisal of ourselves of which no word has yet been created to convey it?
That would be a day to see! Indeed I would pass on seeing the eyes of Jesus for it.
I believe an increasing majority of people today, "The internet generation, the informed, the generation who can have any question answered but don't know the question to ask".
They are growing restless. People want some thing good to commit behind like the Apollo program, some thing mutual, and some thing in the name of good for all.

The majority of the informed people of the world today know the West (Namely America) is trying to expand and secure its future on a lie.
This is quite a darn interesting period in history?
On the one side we have a deep rooted power structure with almost total control. Control over the Newspapers, the Radio, TV, the movies, increasingly the Internet, increasingly the scripts of life through education. On the other side the global public have the safe place of the wise, silence, consideration, thoughtfulness, considered informed intelligent learning.
On "official media" I see nothing but the false truths about 911. Most people know what happened on 911 was nothing like what we have officially been told. And due to the obvious nature of 911 there is a disillusionment of an increasingly large portion of the public.
But the official line is the way it is no matter how poorly it holds up to the light.
Unbelievably or not the entire structure of the Western society has been leveraged, some would say gambled against this falsehood.
The details of why 911 happened and who perpetrated it will not require the skills of Sherlock Holmes or Colombo in 50 years, today? Well today it's overwhelming.

The Universe is a big place. Through the years 1917 and 1932 the size of the known Universe expanded 1 Trillion times* our solar system is but a speck of light in the 500 thousand million stars of the Milky Way.
Galaxy, the word derived from the Greek word gala, meaning milk is just one of countless others. Each star in our Galaxy can be like our Sun hence giving the opportunity for life to flourish around it on near by planets.
There are around 240 billion Galaxy's, so the amount of Stars like our Sun in the Universe is!
Well try 240 Billion times 500 thousand million that's how many think about that. That's a lot of stars. One could argue that value may go up in the future as we learn more about the Universe or Universes we live in.
The Milky Way Galaxy compared to the universe is like comparing a very small metal screw with the mass of a 240,000 ton ship of which it is a part.
Imagine a one inch square with 500 dots inside it. Each dot representing a Star. At the same density, it would take 1 billion square inches, or almost 65 hectares, to accommodate the Galaxy's 500 billion Stars. Now if their average spatial relationship in the Galaxy were added to this one dimensional scale, one star for every 3.26 square inches, the stars would spread out for 15.3 square miles.
If our solar system could fit into a coffee cup, our Galaxy would be the size of North America, and just think how big Texas is all by its self.
The Milky Way Galaxy mass is equal to about 180 billion Suns.

We will have time enough for 167 million generations before our Sun dies; it took only 66,000 generations to get us from the trees to the Moon.
If the diameter of our solar system were scaled to 2.54 centimeters (1inch) then our galaxy diameter would be 100,000 miles.
One second of our Suns energy equals 13 million times the average annual electricity consumption of the United States.

The largest crater is called Bailly, a great walled plain near the southern limb of the Moon, its (294 Kilometers ) (183miles) in diameter, it is ancient, the peak of its walls rise 14,000 feet in many places and because of its position near the south pole the Moon distorts our optical view of it. This also rounds off the crater rims.
Micrometeorites are from 0.000254 to 0.00254 of a centimeter and travel at about 113,00 kilometers per hour (70,000mph). Packing 100 times more energy than equivalent mass of TNT.
Crater Copernicus (considered the most impressive crater on the moon) dominates the Oceanus Procellarum, just west of the lunar central line, it is prominent at full Moon, and its massive walls reach heights of 17,000feet. The amount of lunar material needed to build a spherical type space habitat large enough for 10,000 people has been estimated at about 3.6 million tones. The excavation site for this amount of material would have a depth of about 4 meters (13 feet) and be a square area, each side of which is 2,460feet (750metres), this would be a relatively small amount of material and its removal would be difficult to see as it would not create a crater, more like skimming than digging.
Moonquakes occur on the moon, about 3000 a year vs. 800,000 Earthquakes of the same low intensity for the same period on the Earth. Moonquakes are associated with tidal forces of the earth's gravity.
However there is another kind of Moonquake that occurs in groups and seems unrelated to the Earth Moon orbital distance. Moonquakes occur much deeper in the Moons interior than do Earthquakes, about 600-800kilometer (370-500miles).
The average Moonquake does not release much more energy than a firecracker; all the Moonquakes in the year would not produce more energy than a modest fireworks display on guy Fawkes.
Moon based seismometers pick up meteorite strikes as well as Moonquakes, they produce different readings. Because the interior of the Moon is so quite compared to that of the Earth, even the impacts of the small meteorites can be detected. Any meteorite weighing more than 10kilograms (a small grapefruit) would be detected no matter where it fell on the Moon. About 100 are registered a year, together unlike the Moon quakes, their combined energy would pack a hell of a punch.

The only human injury on record as caused by a meteorite took place in Sylacauga, Alabama, on 30 November 1954. Mrs.E.Hulitt Hodges was resting on her living room couch when a 1.5-Kilogram (3pound) meteorite crashed on the roof of her home, tore through the living room ceiling bounced off a radio and struck her on the left thigh, it caused severe bruising.

- Understand that I can't possibly work out all aspects to life and existence.
- I'm going to play fair, hard but fair.
- I will expend effort from time to time when needed to centering my mind, as this ride goes on a ways I'm going to need to master what is me at least know what rest is. Central peace we all should know this central point very well and not stray to far.
- An important point or question is this, is it more important to master my internal world including mental and spiritual physicals vs. mastering the external world? The answer of course is both simultaneously.
Of all history so far, today must be held as humanities cusp, earth抯 monumental proud prize man, in which the good Earth has invested so much. Will we mature and become what we ultimately could realize? A culture highly organized peaceful & prosperous, a good species aware of its actions, and results of those actions. Finally with wars over come and health issues resolved what then? Global self reflection? A reappraisal of ourselves of which no word has yet been created to convey it?
That would be a day to see! Indeed I would pass on seeing the eyes of Jesus for it.
I believe an increasing majority of people today, "The internet generation, the informed, the generation who can have any question answered but don't know the question to ask".
They are growing restless. People want some thing good to commit behind like the Apollo program, some thing mutual, and some thing in the name of good for all.

The majority of the informed people of the world today know the West (Namely America) is trying to expand and secure its future on a lie.
This is quite a darn interesting period in history?
On the one side we have a deep rooted power structure with almost total control. On the other side the global public have the safe place of the wise, silence, consideration, thoughtfulness, considered informed intelligent learning.
On "official media" I see nothing but the false truths about 911. Most people know what happened on 911 was nothing like what we have officially been told. And due to the obvious nature of 911 there is a disillusionment of an increasingly large portion of the public.
But the official line is the way it is no matter how poorly it holds up to the light.
Unbelievably or not the entire structure of the Western society has been leveraged, some would say gambled against this falsehood.
