USS Cole lawsuit offers precedent for 911?

ran across this article on the Cole attack and a resulting lawsuit, and noticed what i thought to be a parallel to 911. i thought i would go ahead and post it here for others to see who might have missed it.

"It would not have been as easy - it might have been possible - but it would not have been as easy," Woolsey said in a videotaped deposition, without Sudan providing economic support, places to train and false documents.
