Illinois Govenor is Corrupt!

I heard on the news last night that Illinois placed 49th out of the 50 states for educational funding. How can this be? Govenor Rod Blagoivich uses the "education" topic as a main focus for tax dollars. I am wondering where the tax dollars are really going. This govenor is already under investigation for a number of things. I believe he is embezzling much of these funds, or atleast putting them towards ideas that, for some reason, he doesn't want to share with the public. Even if he is putting these "education" tax dollars toward another idea, why keep it so quiet? The ideas are probably ones that would affect only his "class" of citizens. Once again a politician is only looking out for themselves. Absolutely disgusting! Feel free to agree or disagree with my views, but Rod DOES use education as his main topic, and Illinois IS 49th out 50 in educational funding.
