Whether Titor was a hoax, a nutter, a time-traveller or just a very good predictor I don't think we can overlook the fact he/she/it has made very accurate predictions of future events. Whether intended or not he is more accurate than Nostradamus, Bible Code etc so it would be wise to keep his visions in mind.

I don't have a link to supporting statements from Titor but I remember him saying Bush would win this election and we would have a female president in 2008.....obviously Hillary springs to mind. Maybe I am dreaming but I am sure I read this somewhere from him???

Even if he is only 50% accurate still blows away any prophet/psychic to date and his ideas should be kept in mind. No Olympics in Beijing will really get my attention.

((3) Ever hear the story of Oedipus? To make a long sotry short, after being told he will kill his father and marry his mother he moves far away. On the road he accidentally killed his father and ended up marrying his mother. Thus, the prophecy is what caused him to fulfill it. You say you don't want to effect anything too much by giving out information, but you could drastically change this worldline just by talking about the war, or anything for that matter.?))

I see your point but do you think Oedipus would not have taken those actions if he didnt know the prophecy? I dont believe that knowing a possible future makes it happen. You are capable of changing your worldline for the better right now. None of the things I have said will be a surprise. They were set in motion ten, twenty, even thirty years ago. Are you really surprised to find out that Iraq has nukes now or is that just BS to whip everyone up into accepting the next war?

Apparently written 02/25/2001, seven months before 9/11 and 2 years before Iraq.
Although the subject matter of time travel is a stretched reality, John Titor comes across as a real person with an insightful perspective and I think that contributes to the credibility of his story.
But, it's a hard story to swallow defended by the 'laws' of time-travel and a very bleak future, we can only hope that it is not for real.
Also, given the current international situation with weapons of mass destruction and what-not, I don't think it would be a good idea for someone to get their hands on a device which could travel through time and alter the fabric of reality.

Funny thing, time travel...

How would you know that reality has been altered?
It's not like you can time travel yourself. Good idea or bad, you would never know the difference...

Wow some of this stuff seems true. I wonder if someone went back and tampered with the whole archive to make it look real. Its def hard to buy as real.

Nice post Shanti, thats one of the things I caught when I read it after the war had started. I was saying "wtf? This guy said this in Nov. 01?"

With the way things are going in the world now, I can only see this getting more and more interesting. Things seem to be spiraling down the drain right now, what lagoon we end up in is our own choice at this point.

OK I never thought this country could come to civil war. But in my view the odds of this occuring just moved from highly highly unlikely to not likely. In my neck of the woods we have already had protests, arrests and a house burned to the ground bearing a Bush sign all in just one day. People I have talked to are not pleased at all with Kerry backing down so quickly and they feel betrayed. Rather than heeding his words to come together it seems most want to split apart. More than a few stated they won't be paying taxes for the next 4 years.

I will keep a close eye on this. If it starts to gain momentum it might be time to consider Titor in a more serious light.

Are you joking. The people John talked with on the internet are still around today. I have talked with a handful of them for the past year. No posts have been altered.
