Please point out errors, space launches

Guys would this work?
Imagine an unerground mag lev train. Germany, Japan and apparently China have them. The thing that slows these guys down is air friction. Imagine if the air is removed from the tunnel and the cabin is pressurised. How fast could it go? The more voltage you feed it the faster it goes until external forces equal thrust? Hmm, they can be built to hover on an electric field. Little friction there (Untill your going real fast). Air friction is removed if in a vacuum.
What if the track was 1000km long and, with most of the air pumped out of it, started to climb for the last 250km till it was vertical and poked out of the solar panel and wind turbine covered desert floor in a big arc. If the craft were going similar to booster speeds at the same height, there goes 70-80% of launch fuel required.
You could put grandma in the shuttle strapped in and accelerate her at 1g untill she's doing thousands of kph and she would feel 1g in her seat as if she were lying down. The big G's would be going around the incline but hey, it's grandma! She's tough as nails. She has hair on her face for a reason.
Unmanned supply missions and sending modules for a space station would take less runway/trackway as you can accelerate a lot faster when there is no living brain in the cargo.
On a side note the Ex-Soviet Inergia rocket can lift over 200 ton. (in one go) 5 x 200 tonnes = 1000 ton. ISS is 470 odd ton. Why launch lot's of 20 tonne missions when three 200 ton launches would work? Because it is Soviet Technology. Mag launches are being looked at by the Chinese. Therefore the US will wait untill they make a mistake and release the safe version for public consumption. (personal opinion)
Once all of the modules and crew habs (launched from the mag launcher, not the inergia) are in High Earth Orbit (don't hear much from up there hey...) runway could be lengthened and crew launched. Put the modules together like magnetic lego, build a BIG ARSED ISS (Or Mars Ship, or space colony). With a diplomat from every country. And a Hotel with Paris Hilton as the naughty maid.

Anyone seen chinas plan? Orion is the most cost effective deflection, It's a bigger apollo. All that stuff is real cheap now. (BTW 2020 Moon base? Why not December 20 2008. We should choose the hard stuff because it's hard, not crap that looks like a cakewalk and ends up turning into the 2 hard basket*cough iraq*) BTW Aussie, Proud, Loud and Love steak, eggs and chips. I fart and I can positively confirm that my sht positively DOES stink.

China don't muck aroung, you'll find the US may not be as far advanced as the disinfo machine says. BTW, shuttle = logistic nightmare. Chinese culture is a lot different. To die for the country is assumed.
