The Saudis have either decreased production or can't get higher production. I believe they have cut back in hopes of selling excess for higher prices IMHO!

More evidence of that the Saudis decreasing production is not voluntary!

Um actually it is voluntary OPEC declared a cut back in all production to support (not increase) Oil prices.

Saudi-American Banking Association is the source I used to give you this information.
