at any given time the human uses approx. 10% of their brain at once.
even that is speculation... you have to understand that the brain is still a "grey" area... sure we know bits and pieces but the whole picture has
yet to emerge.
a better way to think of it is... at most, a human can be aware of 10% of the brains functions at once.... and even that is a high number..
so you are correct to say most people are aware of much less than 10% of its processes.
But some people have practiced methods to increase that number... although one could argue that the number never stays really high, because our focus
is changing all the time.
to focus on more of the brain, means to focus on more of what is entering the brain.
