George Galloway made an unscheduled appearance on the UK's Talksport Radio morning show standing in for the usual host. George appears on Talksport
regularly usually doing evening slots at the weekend.
He talked about his usual range of subject, Iraq, Iran etc but one of the last callers to the show talked to him about 9/11. George said he does
believe in conspiracies having been the target of them in the past but he doesn't believe that 9/11 was an inside job because he says it would be
beyond the capabilities of the Bush/Cheney administration to organise it.
He went on to say it would take thousands of people to plan and execute it and these people would have to stay silent. He said for this reason alone
he couldn't accept it was a self-inflicted wound.
Personally I think the "it would take thousands of people" seems strong on the surface but falls away under closer scrutiny. It does more so if
you're in the LIHOP (let it happen on purpose) camp.
It seems George is not very well versed about the knowledge obtained since that day and 9/11 truthers (especially in the UK) may wish to begin a
"deny ignorance" campaign to show him that at the very least, LIHOP is extremely plausible.
It's worth noting that George spent alot of time today talking about Seymour Hersh's latest article in the New Yorker magazine citing information
that US and Saudi authorities are financially backing extreme and Al-Qaeda linked Sunni groups to counter the increasing dominance of pro-Iranian Shia
groups.
The 9/11 movement has catalogued for some time the close US/CIA dealings with extreme-Islamic groups and if George is open to this suggestion he could
be open to others.
