rayden's whatever the hell it's called when he flies into with his plams out
sagat's tiger knee and uppercut

this is an easy one for me. orchids boob fatality from killer instinct . id say its the breast sig move for any video game character ever maybe.

hehehe i got a more recent one from naruto clash of ninja two as a matter of fact gai sensei (might gai for the uneducated out there) lol he just bolts forward and knocks the enemy around a little then he goes over and like hugs them saying "YOU ARE SUCH A GREAT PERSON" squeezes harder and breaks their back lol

Johnny Cage, Mortal Kombat; he does the splits to get down to the appropriate height, then jabs the enemy directly in the sack.
