Judge plans to rule Friday on Bay County dead-dog sodomy case

Is sex with a dead animal sodomy?

If the sex act occurs in the privacy of bushes, does it amount to indecent exposure?

Those are among the questions being pondered by Bay County Circuit Judge Joseph K. Sheeran, who heard arguments in the case of Ronald E. Kuch on Tuesday and plans to issue his ruling on Friday.

Just a very weird news story I've been following.
Only following it because I grew up in Saginaw, Michigan. No, I don't know any of the people involved.
Probably worth a discussion though......

I really don't know what to say about this.

It's just, wow..


Personally, sex with anything that is dead is wrong.
Apart from that, why the hell would he do itin the bushes either.


This is definately one of the weirdest anfgrossest news stories I've
read in awhile.

I think that, while this is gross, he did not commit any crime by having sex with a dead dog. However, it was right behind a school where he was seen so the indecent exposure is definate. I don't think you can argue that since he was "in the bushes" that he isn't guilty of that.

Let's put it this way: If you choose to have sex with ANYTHING in an area that is open to the Public, and someone sees you, That is indecent exposure, right?

But anyway, sex with dead dog = wrong, gross, morally disgusting but illegal? Nah. Noone or thing was was hurt. No one was forced to do something they didn't want to do.

That's pretty much the way I see it also.
Charge him for indecent exposure.

But no matter how twisted, gross, weird, etc. He didn't hurt anyone.
I still think he should see a shrink and get some kind of counseling.

So any word as to what the verdict was yet?

Sheeran set a trial date of May 8 for the trial, when Ronald E. Kuch, 45, of Saginaw will face charges of sodomy, indecent exposure and resisting and obstructing an Animal Control officer. If convicted of either of the first two charges, Kuch will then have a hearing on May 30, at which Sheeran will determine whether Kuch is a ''sexually delinquent person.'' If so, the judge could sentence Kuch to prison for any amount of time, from one day to a year, on top of the sentence from the initial charges, which carry up to 15 years in prison.

Sex with a dead dog? Wow, talk about being too horny! I mean, who walks by a dead dog, and says "Man! I gotta have me some of that!"

Unless of course it was a Schnauzer. Schnauzers are pretty hot.......

He is a sick human being and should be executed asap. That will make any other sickos who might consider this a bad idea considering to what will happen to them if they do.

Why, he was'nt hurting anyone, I mean trueit would have been better
to do it someplace the public is'nt going to see, but that's really just a misdemeanour.

Just because he does'nt fit your idea of normal, or moral, does'nt mean
he should be executed, expecially considering he did'nt do anything to
anyone.
