New Video of Strange Sea Creature

Any thoughts on this one?

Looks like some form of serpent to me.
The video is clearly taken underwater, but the fear of a hoax still remains.

Any idea what it could be?

I scrolled very slowly, almost frame by frame to view the video.

The water seems to be very murky, yet there appears to be an 'object' - animate or not - I can't discern.

The object is pretty close to the camera, yet I can see dark colored(scales?) and possibly a red antenna on top of object.

Where area of the world was the video taken?

Looks a bit like the Marine Iguana of the Galapagos Islands

You just can't get a good look at it. It very well could just be a rubber toy someone moves across a camara.

Doesnt look alive to me, in the second it is clearest. Looks like a painting. Fish/serpents dont swim around so much on the same spot either i believe.

You can see its eye right at the 25 second mark. That is a mean looking black eye. It also appears to have red spines that protrude from its fins. It's difficult to assess how large it is because it's so close to the camera.
