Yes you can harm yourself - either by indescriminately taking in energy (positive and negative), or by overloading your chakras (which govern all
health physical/ mental). My guess is your trying way too hard. I'd forget about chakras and energy for the moment (or rather put them on back
burner). Practice one-pointed focus. The more focused you are the less effort/energy you'll need, because your energy isn't being wasted on
