ROME — Three patients at hospitals in Tuscany were mistakenly given organs from an HIV-positive donor, raising serious concerns about transplant procedures in Italy.

I wonder how you test all three organs, specifically for HIV, and then "accidentally" write negative results for all three organs.
Sounds suspcious at least - Seriously, seriously negligent at best.

God help the three guys who now have to contend with HIV.
