Did an Exchange program actually take place ?

I stumbled across this a while ago and always thought if w wanted to force disclosure, this would be the best possible way based on evidence.

Allegedly we had an exchange program with aliens. If true, surely there are many folks still around to testify to this, a paper trail, some physical evidence, etc to prove once and for all that aliens are a reality.

Have any of the major players in UFO research even touched on this subject ? To me, it seems the most promising...
