Chinese J-10's in Russia?

I came across a report recently, suggesting the China is preparing to send J-10 warplanes (an airplane only recently declassified) for military maneuvers in Russia:

This would mark the first time that the J-10 is known to have been deployed overseas. The military exercises are scheduled for July.

Has anyone seen any other news sources that can corroborate this?

This is real funny because it seems the Indians are observers at this event.
