Why not test the governments ability to cover up UFO's

The police set up sting operations for car theft, prostitution ect.

Wouldnt it be just plain fun to stage a UFO landing or crash and see if the feds attempt to cover it up, only to then be exposed by the hoaxers?

If they get caught covering up a hoax it would shed light on them for what they may have done in the past.

That would be a nice and funny idea

Somebody really should do that...but how?

Just a word of caution - there may be laws against this sort of action (filing false claims etc.). I'm not sure but it's worth checking into before getting in to deep.
