In the city of Melbourne in Victoria Australia there is a spaghetti restaurant and bar called Leo's Spaghetti bar.
The owner of the establishment is a freemason and if you present proof that you are a freemason you get a 5% discount off of your final bill.

How unfair is that what does everyone else think?
And i know i am probably over reacting but still 5% discount!

It's a private business owned by a private citizen. He can feed them for free if he wants and there is no conspiricy involved.

Join and save 5%...what can I tell you ? Get over it. Life is not fair.
I dont get student Discounts or Senior discounts. Why should students get discounts ? My tax dollars pay for their education to begin with. Same with the Seniors...My taxes keep them in adult diapers, dentures and Viagra.

Toil all day subjugating the world... Head home and gather up the brood and head down to ye olde spaghetti bar for a bit of sustenance and all I get comped is 5%? This guy better get his act together.

And those meatballs better be 100% newborn... Nothing gives me indigestion more than some adult human filler slipped in.

And if I show a special card at certain hotels I get a free bottle of bubbly..... rrp around £30.

So they get a 5% discount, now, unless the masons are having an annual lunch then that 5% isn't going to add up to much is it.

What's the big deal?

Well, this was fun but I don't believe that a 5% discount at a restaurant is actually conspiricy material.

Moving thread.
