I have been researching low cost energy and have decided to post this here. Apparently it is dangerous to post such things, due to governments getting angy. Anyhow here is a good site that instructs you on how to create a partial hydrogen booster. It does not entirely show you how to make a Stan Meyer car, but I could figure it out from there...You probably could too!
