I guess this was authorized by H.R. 5122 - John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007 (Enrolled as Agreed to or Passed by Both House and Senate)

Yes, but its north america, not another country. It doesn't show the political borders of canada and mexico.

That unit is under the Northern Command. Here is their page:
www.northcom.mil...

Note that the badge has the same basic symbol, thats because the Northern Command's operational area is....north america. The unit badge would naturalyl be a modification of the higher order's badge.

That no more means that they are part of any 'North American Union" than the Central Command being in the arabian penninsula means that we're part of Qatar.

I was not saying that the patch in and on its own proved a connection to the nau. I did a google search for army insignias and after 10 pages I didn't see any with other nations on it.

Hey NYdgan, nice to see you tailing everyone again, just trying to disprove everyone's legitimate concerns with something that you obviously haven't looked at enough.

I do believe shooterbrody pointed out the "Military Police" of the alleged North American Union with this: www.5tharmy.army.mil...

Referencing your link: www.northcom.mil... - You can see there is not a single mention of the USARNORTH on their "about us".

H.R. 5122 authorizes the President to employ the United States Armed Forces (in a nutshell) for whatever incident he may determine fit. At the same time, the USARNORTH was being formed by the US Military. Those two issues, unconstitutional as they may be, are in fact just a couple steps in the formation of the North American Union... of which obviously are going to be made by force, since the general populous won't agree to it willingly.

Compare the two sites. They are completely different "entities" under command by totally different Generals.

Simply because the USARNORTH uses the "North America" continent, and your correlation of "it could be placed anywhere so it means nothing"... that's ridiculous. Along with all other Bills and Resolutions, the formation and allowance of this "Army" has nothing to do with anything other than the North American "Community" (as the Council on Foreign Relations depicts is to be), and don't take my word for it, look at their "mission statement".

Mission
USARNORTH conducts Homeland Defense (HLD) and Civil Support (CS) operations, and Theater Security Cooperation (TSC) activities, as the Army Service Component Command (ASCC) to U.S. Northern Command in order to protect the American people and their way of life. On order, USARNORTH commands and controls deployed forces as a Joint Task Force (JTF) or Joint Force Land Component Command (JFLCC).

I await your response with great anticipation.
