Drug smuggler was given immunity & has filed a multimillion-dollar claim against federal governmet

EL PASO, Texas — A federal report released Wednesday on the shooting of a suspected drug smuggler by Border Patrol agents concurs with prosecutors that the men failed to report the shooting, destroyed evidence and lied to investigators.

How are we spoused to fight these drug smugglers and illegals if we are scrutinized and watched with a magnifying glass. These smugglers are at war with the border patrol. They are low down mean people who would kill in a second and we are spoused to feed them give em a ride to jail to take a shower and a nice night of sleep and send them home. I am tired of seeing this! Its like everything we do to protect our borders is getting dumped on and thrown out.What the hell is going on?
