My whole take on the new phoenix lights

wouldnt the millitary know the scare they sent off 10 yeras ago? why would they set off flares without warning the local officials. it seems the staged flares set off where to debunk the recent ufo flap. I think the millitary set off the flairs which didnt look like the phoenixs lights(no smoke) in order to put a hush on the recent flap

or......they were just flares ?

so they launch flares in a V formation once every 10 years over a civillian area only warning them after the fact. makes sense...

dose seem a bit odd that it is 10 years and not 8 or 9 or 11 but 10 . was it in a v shape this time?? i couldnt tell by looking at the video. just looked like a line to me.
