HAARP and the Australian drought

hey my names andrew and i live in australia. you may or may not be aware that we are in the middle of a once in a thousand year drought.
i have a suspision that something is not right and that haarp may be involved.

this is why.

john howard (our prime minister) is intent on building nuclear facilities in australia. we are told everyday how bad the drought is and that our country will be worst affected by global warming.
i have always believed that global warming is number one priority for any government but this is suss.

this very bad drought is making people wake up to global warming but i fear people are only falling into the trap. it will only be a matter of time before we are begging our leader to build nuclear facilities for cleaner energy and thus presenting our solution to global warming.

might i add that howard did not sign our country onto the kyoto protcol which was a perfect chance to do our bit for the global warming crisis. and he has also ignored the nations reluctance to aggree to the nuclear facility.

if anyone has any views or info that i can read please post them here. something needs to be done.

Global warming is a hoax. The planet goes in cycles every 12,000 year or close to it. Many scientists believe we contribute 5% to the overall warming. On a global scale that's next to nothing.

Why would they pay scientists money to prove something if its already true? The funny part is its coming from the oil companies, and other corrupt companies.

A major reason is so they now can add a environmental tax on any products being shipped worldwide so all of that trillions of dollars can fatten their pockets even further.

Im guessing this would be related...

I live here in Tampa Florida.. Last year we had 34 named hurricanes! When went all the way to beta name... Tampa was hit by 4 of these hurricanes.. My house wasnt damaged to bad, but each one hit and made damage...
now this year.. we had 4 hurricances, non of which touched Tampa bay..
Something is going on here.. I know nature is very hard to predict.. But when you have weather like we have, its easy to get a feeling for what is natural.. And the weather and hurricanes are far to different from any other year I can remember here in Florida..
I have read much about HAARP and understand that they could have answers, but they are not talking.. So Im left with wondering, and comming here to seek advice.. could this be linked somehow?

One: yes, Australia's weather and particularly rainfall has been and is being manipulated/influenced/controlled/degraded by the Usual Suspects.

Two: John Howard is lucky if the Usual Suspects (they've been thrown out of approx. 167 countries in the past 2,000 years) allow him (Howard) to decide what he'll have for breakfast. This is something people really have to accept, instead of bleating about 'nasty John'. There are virtually NO political leaders today who do more than mouth scripts dictated by the usual suspects. Any political leader who does NOT 'obey' these zionist demands soon finds himself 'poisoned', 'disappeared', or 'killed in plane crash', or 'has come down with mysterious but serious disease', or is blackmailed/threatened into compliance. The Usual Suspects own and control the media which is doing its utmost to portray Rudd as 'the next Aussie Messiah'. Three: the Usual Suspects and their gutless goons have been Chemtrailing Australia for at least the past 4-5 years, full on. No respite. They want Australia as dry as cardboard. THEN they will implement the Dickensian water-legislation they sneaked through Parliament in 1995. Under that legislation (which will be enacted very soon if the zionists/ Usual Suspects have their way) it will be AGAINST the LAW to collect water in your own domestic tank (despite that AT the MOMENT they are pretending to 'care' and are 'encouraging' use of water tanks). It will ALSO be a criminal offence to collect, use or imbibe water from stream, rivers, pools, etc. even if these are located on land which YOU own ! . That's right. Even if your kids are dying of thirst, you will be charged if you take a drop of water from the stream outside your front door.

They passed this legislation in 1995 !!!! Ask yourself WHO, therefore, controls the weather. Ask yourself WHY (otherwise) they would draft and pass such legislation !

Very few (apart from the pharmaceutical companies which 'invented' them) had heard of --- or would have believed in --- Chemtrails, in 1995.

Another 'coincidence' is the fact that the privatisation rights on Sydney's water supply was sold and bought over five years ago to a European consortium. And they want a RETURN on their investment, PRONTO !

Hence ------- the 24/7 Chemtrailing of Sydney, Brisbane/Gold Coast, Melbourne, etc.

What I would like to see discussed in these forums (and it's fizzled like a wet-sparkler any time I've tried to raise the issue) is WHO amongst you here (or your families or friends) is obtaining BLOOD MONEY by working (in whatever capacity) in the murderous, profitable CHEMTRAIL INDUSTRY ?

I agree that the weather or more specifically our atmosphere is being manipulated, and that solar activity also has a part to play although I am unsure how exactly the two are connected.

It seems despite the first hand accounts and research being done into both aspects, both are not covered in any serious way by the media, politics, universities and think tanks.

I even found it hard to find decent water testing kits for sale in Melbourne due to my recent experiences with low quality water and the fact that melbourne Water does not publish any info about the tests it is meant to do.

I would welcome more info about it, and while lookinginto it as much as i can, costs of equipment and no access to the areas of interest have made it difficult to get hard data on such events.

I look forward to when someone exposes the whole rotten deal because it makes no sense to have anti-terror laws and virtually unlimited survaillance capabilities while at the same time, noone can seem to find any leads or even any evidence that it is, or that it is not happening!

Our rainfall has been slowly decreasing for years, with each year being worse than the other, until we are at the point now where are damns are sooo low, and we are still receiving little to no rainfall, that its looking bleak.

I live in Brisbane, QLD and the other day I caught a few seconds of someone talking on 612 news radio about using some sort of method of encouraging rain clouds to actually drop their rain. Unfortunately I didn't get to hear much of it at all but I thought it was interesting. So if they can make rain fall does that mean they can stop i?

Something I haven't heard anyone outline in the Chemtrail debate is how it actually works.

Just another thing to add last weekend it was overcast and the air was moist all Sunday but hardly any rain fell which seemed strange.

Last May the 'tap' was turned on in Victoria...the farmers invested once again to put their crops in...while the 'tap' was on we had continuous rain each month right through winter...then late July the 'tap' was turned off...now late Oct. & no rain since....this was not natural...'they' are getting slack now...could have tried to disguise it better than that....our water allocation must be finished....also the eathquake right in the middle of the 'to die' zone & resulting tsunami...we are under attack by the so subtle HAARP tech. & those control freaks who would use it....can't say we didn't get a warning...for years we saw images of drought & starvation in Africa (another 'to die' place)...now its our turn...had our water turned off...great way to control people...plan is to kill off 2 billion people (third) so the rest can be more easierly controlled under New World Order one gov.....then no more $...just micro chipped like dogs (mark of beast)....what can we do....learn how to harvest dew...learn water harvesting methods....can go weeks without food but only days without water....PRAY....get right with the creator....LOVE.....we got a few years left..all this doesn't have to be...still time to change our ways & start Loving eachother....personnally i don't think this will happen & shortly after the first public moon base is up & running in early 2020's...that'll be it....all will change then in major way.....GB

Scalar Electromagnetics and Weather Control

The anomalous weather worldwide is not accidental. In superpotential theory, which was initiated by a paper by E.T. Whittaker in 1904, it is possible to produce EM force fields and force field energy at a distance. Whittaker 1904 showed that all EM fields and waves can be decomposed into two scalar potential functions. It follows that, by assembling two such scalar potential functions in beams, one can produce a "scalar potential interferometer" where the potential beams intersect at a distance. In that interference zone, ordinary transverse EM fields and energy appear.
A scalar potential is also just a harmonic assembly of bidirectional longitudinal EM wavepairs, as shown in a paper by E.T. Whittaker the year before, 1903. So one can produce the necessary longitudinal waves, in arrays, to "assemble" a scalar potential with any desired interior LW composition. Thus by using longitudinal EM waves (LWs), one can produce potentials, fields, and waves to order. It turns out that a longitudinal EM wave, since it cannot vary transversely a priori, cannot vary its 3-spatial energy density. Instead, it must vary in the time domain. What results is that one has created an oscillation of the curvature of spacetime, when one makes a longitutinal EM wave.
Now one can engineer clusters of ST curvatures, by proper assembly of LWs. This is a very powerful general relativity, because the strong EM force is being used as the agent of ST curvature. This particular EM GR does not appear in the textbooks, but has been utilized by the Russian KGB in clandestine weapon development since the 1950s.

Here's how the weather engineering is usually accomplished:
First, take two scalar potential beam transmitters, separated on the necessary baseline to form a beam interferometer. Let them interfere at a distance. Now in that distant interference zone (IZ), there is an ambient vacuum potential (spacetime potential, or spacetime stress). If the electrical circuit grounds of the interferometer transmitters are biased ABOVE the ambient potential in the IZ, then scattering EM energy (heating) emerges in the IZ. This is the exothermic mode of operation. If the electrical circuit grounds of the interferometer are biased negatively below the ambient potential in the IZ, then convergent EM energy (cooling) emerges in the IZ. This is the endothermic mode of operation.
So by merely biasing the electrical grounds of a scalar potential interferometer, one can produce heating or cooling in the distant IZ. If one just "radiates," one produces distant steady heating or steady cooling. If one sharply pulses the interferometer, one produces a distant hot explosion or a distant cold explosion.
One can also, of course, form various forms of energy at a distance, including particularly hemispheric shells of energy and spherical shells of energy. Hundreds of these have been observed worldwide, from testing by the KGB weapons in Russia.
There is one other characteristic that one needs to be aware of. Pure longitudinal EM waves have infinite speed and infinite velocity (see the summary papers by Rodrigues et al. on the Los Alamos National Laboratory website). In practice one makes a pseudo-longitudinal wave, so its energy is finite and its speed is finite, but it may have a velocity v>>c.
A "scalar" potential is not a scalar entity at all. Instead, it's a bundle of bidirectional longitudinal waves, as shown by Whittaker 1903. Mass is composed mostly of empty space filled with potentials and fields, with a particle here and there, widely separated. On its own scale, a "mass" looks more like a giant solar system or the external universe. Mostly space, with fields and potentials. Well, since fields and potentials are nothing but just LWs anyway (W-1903 and 1904), then the stress potential of space is a superhighway for LWs. What this means is that "pretty good" LWs (i.e., sufficiently clean pseudo longitudinal waves) will pass right through the earth and ocean, with little attenuation and little interaction.

Now we are ready to see into weather engineering.
Focus the interference zone (IZ) on the other side of the earth (beam right through the earth and ocean) to a given desired area in the atmosphere. Bias your transmitters positively. You produce atmospheric heating in the air in the IZ, so that the air expands and you have produced a "low" pressure zone. Now use a second interferometer biased negatively, and place it at a distant IZ desired. In that IZ, you cool the air so that it shrinks and becomes denser, and you have created a "high" pressure area. Now place several such IZs, with the desired highs and lows, near a jet stream. The jet stream will be deviated toward a low and away from a high. By varying the transmitted energy and the iz location (just move it gradually along), you can entrain and steer the jet streams, and therefore effectively "steer" the resulting weather.
Want to spawn tornadoes? Just make several sharp bends in the jet streams, and also speed them up a bit. The additional angular momentum imparted to the air masses will spawn off littler rotations (tornadoes). By focusing the IZ underneath the ocean, one can heat or cool the water in a selected area, over a period of time. So you can aggravate or ease El Nino, e.g. By proper steering and coordination around the earth, the KGB is able to create a great deal of rain in an area, a drought in an area, storms and tornadoes, a powerful El Nino, etc.

Want to really mess with the troops? Just focus the IZ in a large fault zone -- say such as the San Andreas fault in California. Use the exothermic interferometry mode. You deposit energy slowly in that fault zone. The stress increases. Eventually the plate edges shift, and you have an earthquake. If you want a very powerful quake, put the energy in gradually, so that a sort of "overpotential" or "overpressure" builds up, past where the rocks would normally slip. Then when they let go, you've got a real nice big one. You can see what might happen if one also toys around with a sleeping volcano.

On July 4, 1976 the KGB began its massive and continuing weather engineering over North America. It continues to this day. So the anomalous weather everyone is worrying about, is going to STAY anomalous. In fact, it's going to get a bit worse.There's a whole war going on out there.
It might surprise you, e.g., that electrodynamics actually has nothing at all to say about the form of its EM entities in space, where there is no mass. Maxwell assumed a material ether, and all his EM entities are mass-containing. The force fields are rigorously defined only in the presence of mass, and only as the INTERACTION of the spacetime disturbance with an intercepting charged mass. So Maxwell's EM still contains a material ether, even though the Michelson-Morley experiments destroyed a material space medium in the 1880s (after Maxwell was already dead). Not a single Maxwellian equation has been changed!
Rigorously, Maxwellian EM is a set of matter-to-matter transforms. Actually infolded inside its transforms are a missing two: (1) matter-to-spacetime transform, which is really what is invoked when one launches a "signal" from a transmitter; one launches a spacetime curvature oscillation, not a force field oscillation, because no force fields exist in space in the absence of mass (Feynman, Wheeler, Aharonov, Bohm, Lindsay, Margenau, etc.) Then the ST perturbation propagates through space to the waiting receiving antenna. There it interacts with the Drude electrons, producing the well-known transverse EM oscillations. Since the electrons are constrained longitudinally down the wire and are spinning, they act as gyros. So they precess laterally, which is actually what we measure with our instruments -- the gyroprecession of the charges. So hidden inside the matter-to-matter EM they erroneously teach us, is an infolded general relativity (a matter-to-spacetime transform, followed by a spacetime-to-matter transform in serial order).
This is the "magical" unified field theory everyone has been seeking. The electrodynamics we teach is a piece of tripe, and the Russians just secretly corrected it back in the early 50s. And then they weaponized the daylights out of it. Today at least three other nations besides the KGB rogue group in Russia have scalar potential interferometer weapons. The weather engineering is just one of the EARLY capabilities. The most powerful weapons on earth are not nuclear. They are quantum potential in nature, using a modified Whittaker EM to implement David Bohm's hidden variable theory of quantum mechanics.
Meanwhile, since our own electrical physicists have rather thoroughly failed us, and just keep teaching the horribly flawed old electrodynamics, we will continue to watch as the weather is hostilely engineered, as even earthquakes are engineered from time to time, and as another small nation which must remain unnamed, saves us and prevents our destruction.

Didn't know whether such things would even interest you, but thought I'd expose them anyway. Most scientists are very uncomfortable with even the notion that something substantial is wrong with our physics texts. But such is true. Until we do the necessary foundations overhaul, we will continue to teach and use a highly inferior science. And we will continue to see more and more anomalous weather. Incidentally, the KGB weapon scientists call the infolded LWs (curvatures of ST) inside electrodyamics, the information content of the field. Our guys just think they are referring to spectral analysis. The Russians call the entire science energetics.

That incident on April 9, 1984 off the coast of Japan and near the Kuriles, was a huge test of (1) a cold explosion just over the surface of the ocean, which suddenly shrank the air so that surrounding air rushed in, meeting and surging upwards into the sky, entraining lots of water as a mist and dense cloud with it. Then a second test was conducted: a glowing sphere of light appeared in the top of the large mushroom cloud from the cold explosion. Then that spherical globe expanded, until it reached some 380 miles in diameter. The center of the globe at that time was about 200 miles altitude. That is written up in two fine articles in the respected journal Science.
This is the scale the KGB has been operating on, with these interferometry weapons. There are hundreds more such incidents or similar. Anyhow, thanks for sending me the updates on the actual weather occurrences. They do help from time to time.

Weather Modification

Weather modification technology is in use today by both the United States and the Soviet Union. Both the U.S. and Soviet projects involve the manipulation of the ionosphere and the alteration of the earth’s magnetic fields. This technology seems to have both localized and global capabilities. Evidence indicates that this technology also has the capability of manipulating human behavior and mood patterns.

Nikola Tesla
All of this seemingly Star Trek-like technology originated from a Serbian immigrant named Nikola Tesla who came to the United States just before the turn of the century. This man, without question, proved to be the greatest scientific genius of this century. Tesla worked with both Westinghouse and Edison during the infancy of electricity and it was actually Tesla who developed alternating current.
Tesla also experimented with electromagnetic flux and studied the earth’s gravitational field. During his research he discovered that the ionization of the atmosphere would alter when it was charged by radio wave transmissions in the low frequency range of 10 to 80 hertz. Tesla also discovered that he could cause both positive and negative ionization of the atmosphere by manipulating the radio frequency. Further studies indicated that with positive ionization, people and animals became tired and lethargic and with negative ionization the effect was one of feeling active and energetic.
Another interesting aspect of this technology is the effect which harmonious radio frequencies make when they impact air molecules. The molecules become excited and give off negatively charged electrons which readily combine with hydrogen and oxygen to produce water molecules. But even more profound is the fact that this type of radio wave also carries positively charged ions through the ionosphere into the magnetosphere. The positively charged ions then become trapped in the Van Allen belts, traveling between the Aurora Borealis and the Aurora Australis, right where we coincidentally have holes in the ozone layers.
Freon, the ozone killer, by its nature dissipates quickly. This inherent quality is a contradiction to the concept that a concentration of freon is creating holes in the ozone layers at the North and South Poles. However, when radio waves hit already unstable freon precipitates, they are so reactive that they can not move on and dissipate into the magnetosphere.
As far-fetched as this subject may seem, leaders in the elite global establishment have intimated the existence of this technology and its capabilities. In 1970 Zbigniew Brzezinski published a book titled Between Two Ages. Brzezinski is one of the founding directors of the Trilateral Commission. In this book he said, "Technology will make available, to the leaders of major nations, techniques for conducting secret warfare, of which only a bare minimum of the security forces need be appraised…Technology of weather modification could be employed to produce prolonged periods of drought or storm."

Further confirmation of the Western power elite’s interest in weather modification was revealed in an article which appeared in the September 12, 1989 edition of the Washington Post. This article reported on the 1989 Tokyo conference on global environment. The president of the World Bank, Barber Conable, who is also a Trilateral Commission member, gave a speech in which he outlined the long-range goals of the one world elite. In this speech he said, "while higher temperatures may cause ‘a number of natural disasters,’ they might also warm cold and unproductive lands in the north into productivity."

There is very good evidence that the one world group and the Soviets have been jointly involved in weather modification over the Northern Hemisphere since the early 1970s. In 1971 it was alleged that the U.S. and the Soviets started cooperating in secret weather modification projects. One such project was named POLEX, Polar Experiment of the Global Atmospheric Research Program, and another in 1973 was called AIDJEX, the Arctic Ice Dynamics Joint Experiment. It is purported that these experiments involved attempts to melt the polar ice cap. Other U.S. projects such as Nile Blue and Climate Dynamics involved the changing of the arctic ice pack. There was even an article in the December 16, 1980, edition of the New York Times discussing a joint U.S.-Soviet project involving the transmission of ELF waves from Antarctica designed "to interfere with the earth’s magnetic field."

Soviet Woodpecker System
The Soviet weather modification project is referred to as the Woodpecker system. It involves the transmissions of extreme low frequency (ELF) waves at about 10 hertz using Tesla transmitters in Angarsk and Khabarovsk in Siberia, Gomel, Sakhalin Island, Nikolayev in the Ukraine, Riga in Latvia and also a site 60 miles south of Havana in Cuba. To give you an idea of the magnitude of this system, the facility near Havana, Cuba, is said to be maintained and operated by a staff of 2,500 Soviet personnel.
These transmitters generate electromagnetic transmissions that produce an ELF scalar grid over the United States. This is done by transmitting these low frequency scalar waves in pairs so that they converge at a predetermined point on the earth’s surface and cause a disruption of the atmosphere. This technology can be used to alter the course of the jet stream and set up long- term weather blocks.

Long-term Weather Blocking
The long-lasting California drought in the 80s was caused by a massive ridge of high pressure 800 miles off the California coast which hovered for extended periods of time, blocking the usual flow of moist air coming in from the Pacific and pushing storms around to the north. Meteorologists who have analyzed this phenomena consider it to be one of the most unusual national patterns ever recorded, unique in the annals of weather recording. Such long-lasting centers of high pressure were unheard of until 1977. Evidence suggests that this was possibly caused by Woodpecker generated giant standing ELF waves which are transmitted by the Soviets intentionally to block the flow of normal weather patterns.
This phenomenon of long-lasting centers of high pressure is not limited to producing drought. In 1993 the Midwest region experienced severe flooding which was a result of the wettest period in this particular area since rainfall record keeping began in 1876. This flood was a result again of what meteorologists called a blocking pattern.
The normal weather systems usually move from west to east across the U.S., but during the ’93 flood the weather systems stalled for six weeks over the upper Midwest. A high pressure system over the eastern part of the United States was causing warm, moist air to move up from the Gulf of Mexico and dump moisture in the Midwest, where it met the jet stream. This weather pattern involved an unusual shift in the jet stream, which during the summer is usually weak and typically found much farther north in Canada.
This stationary high pressure front also blocked the path of cold Canadian air, resulting in record low temperatures in the Northwest. According to the September 1993 issue of Storm, The World Weather Magazine:
"It is extremely unusual for weather patterns to persist for so many weeks, bringing heavy rainfall to the same area almost on a daily basis… The reasons for the weather patterns to become fixed, as they did in June and July, 1993, are unclear."

GWEN
A system somewhat similar to the Soviet Woodpecker has been set up in the United States called the Ground Wave Emergency Network, or GWEN. This network was built under the guise, or possible dual use, of an emergency communication system that would not be interrupted by electromagnetic pulse during a nuclear war.
GWEN units are capable of altering the magnetic field within a 200- to 250-mile radius. The individual units themselves are made up of 300-foot tall towers which transmit radio waves through hundreds of bare copper wires which are each 300 feet in length. These wires are buried in the ground in a spoke pattern radiating out from the base of the tower. The wires interact with the earth like a thin-shelled conductor, radiating the radio wave energy for very long distances through the ground.
These units are located in Texas, Nevada, Maine, North Carolina, Maryland, Georgia, Oregon, Washington, California, Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, Pennsylvania, Mississippi, New York, Alabama, Virginia, Kansas, Nebraska, New Jersey, Arkansas, Massachusetts, Oklahoma, Colorado and Montana.
There is fairly significant evidence to suggest that these GWEN units in combination with the Soviet Woodpecker transmissions made a significant contribution to creating the extensive flooding in the Midwest in 1993.

It is interesting to note that the Russians are now openly marketing a small version of their weather engineering system called Elate, which can fine tune weather patterns over a 200-mile area. These units seem to have the same range as the individual GWEN unit. One of these Elate units operates at Moscow’s Bykovo Airport.

The threats of weather warfare, totalitarian government and famine dovetail together. As we saw in the famine which the Soviets artificially created in the Ukraine prior to World War II, famine is an effective means of subjugating a people. By controlling food, you can control people. Weather modification can affect food production and eventually the available supply. Starving resisters out is much more effective than having to track them down and shoot it out with them. If you have not surrendered your weapons, you don’t get a food ration coupon. Long-term food storage, well hidden, is the only insulation against famine and totalitarian oppression.

Tesla-Scalar Electromagnetic Weapons
An article in the spring 1993 edition of Orbis Magazine reported on another article which had appeared in the 1992 edition of a Russian magazine called Military Thought. This article, among other things, revealed Soviet involvement in the development of Tesla-scalar electromagnetic weapons: "…The current civil-military consensus also includes an image of future war based on the development and deployment of advanced conventional munitions, direct-energy weapons, space-based strike weapons and anti-ballistic missiles, and third-generation nuclear weapons."

The idea behind Weather Control is simple, when you think about it simply. When you see and experience a strong thunderstorm, with a lot of lightening and thunder, what fact about this storm strikes you the most? Are you not impressed by the powerful display of energy that you witness? Energy is the primary ingredient behind nature's storms. Therefore, you must believe that, just perhaps, if energy is the most dominant outward factor in all kinds of storms, then energy might be the key factor in creating such storms in the first place.

So, you ask, how much energy is required to create, and then direct, storms? The answer to that question depends upon many factors, but let us tell you how much capability has been built into the newly created power transmission station in remote Alaska. These power transmission towers are not your typical towers, as they are designed to generate power in such a way that it is beamed up into the ionosphere in tremendous quantities.

"The $30 million [Pentagon] project, euphemistically named HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program), is made to beam more than 1.7 gigawatts (billion watts) of radiated power into the ionosphere -- the electrically charged layer above Earth's atmosphere. Put simply, the apparatus is a reversal of a radio telescope -- just transmitting instead of receiving. It will 'boil the upper atmosphere'. After [heating] and disturbing the ionosphere, the radiations will bounce back onto the earth in for form of long waves which penetrate our bodies, the ground and the oceans." ["Angels Don't Play This HAARP", page 8]

Let us allow Dr. Begich explain this concept. "... this invention provides the ability to put unprecedented amounts of power in the Earth's atmosphere at strategic locations and to maintain the power injection level, particularly if random pulsing is employed, in a manner far more precise and better controlled than heretofore accomplished by the prior art ...." [Page 28]

"... the goal is to learn how to manipulate the ionosphere on a more grand scale than the the Soviet Union could do with its similar facilities. HAARP would be the largest ionospheric heater in the world, located in a latitude most conducive to putting Eastlund's invention into practice." [Page 29] Furthermore, from this northern latitude, the energy could be aimed into the ionosphere so that it would bounce back down to the earth so it would come down wherever the scientists wanted it to come down. The secret was to learn how and where to aim it to hit the earth where they wanted it to hit, creating the type of disaster or weather they desired.

In a nutshell, this is the nucleus of the expertise just recently acquired to control the weather. By pouring measured energy that has been focussed into certain parts of the ionosphere, scientists can create all kinds of storms like hurricanes, thunderstorms, floods, tornadoes, and drought. In NEWS1198, "U.N. Treaty Proves Weather Control Is Real", we report news articles that Malaysia actually contracted with a Russian Weather Modification company to create a hurricane that would be directed close enough to clear the smoke and smog from Malaysia's cities without actually coming on to land to create devastation. This Russian company delivered, and Malaysia had clear skies.

Our information also tells us that, not only can hurricanes be created, they can be dismantled should scientists so desire. And, they certainly can be driven on the ocean much like we drive our cars on roadways. Therefore, one has to ask why American scientists have allowed unprecedented hurricanes, like Andrew, to ever come on shore. Why are American scientists allowing extensive damage and lives lost to recent unprecedented storms, since they have the capability to keep these storms away from us?

Doesn't our own American Government have our best interests at heart?

Keep that thought in mind as we examine still more aspects of this HAARP technology that is pouring such enormous quantities of energy into our upper atmosphere. Researches quickly found that this technology could be used in ways other than just to control the weather. They discovered they had stumbled upon a weapon which could be used most effectively, to destroy, destroy, and destroy some more, with the vast majority of the peoples of the world completely unaware of what was happening to them. After all, most people today still believe that the control of the basic weather of this planet is out of the control of mankind.

Christians believe only God can control the weather, and we take great comfort in this belief. After all, we know that Earth is a small planet hurtling through an empty, cold, and inhospitable space at over 60,000 miles per hour. Most of us instinctively know that we can only trust an Omnipotent and All Wise God to control the basic operating systems of planet earth. If we even thought that man, with all his inherent wickedness, could seize control of the basic operating systems of earth, and the entire earth could be ruined by man's deliberate wickedness or by his lack of understanding of the power he has now placed in his hand, we would see panic on a scale unimagined before! Do not misunderstand: Earth could be destroyed, made unfit for human habitation, by mistakes accidentally created.

The New Age scientists of "Angels Don't Play This HAARP" are worried about just this type of accidental damage to earth. They are worried that the following damage might be done to this earth, some of which might render this planet uninhabitable. If you are a Christian that literally believes the Scriptures, you know that God will not allow this planet to become inhabitable, as He will not allow man to completely destroy what God has created and declared good.

However, we also know that the Book of Revelation foretells unprecedented destruction that God either directs or allows, that "destroys the sinners out of the land" [Isaiah 13:9-13]. God judges wicked man at the same time as He is cleansing the earth to prepare for the arrival of Jesus Christ to begin His Millennial reign.

We are very interested in the fact that many of the "lying signs and wonders" of the Antichrist can be staged by the technology of HAARP. Further, many of the physical acts of judgment contained in the Book of Revelation, and parallel passages in the Major and Minor prophets, can be created by this HAARP technology.

Given the desperately wicked heart of man, perhaps the most damage God could do would be to allow man to get unprecedented ability and power in his grasp, and then move His Holy Spirit out of the way to allow man to treat other men as his wicked heart would direct!

We find it very interesting that God's wording in the Book of Revelation seems to back up this interpretation that God may allow man to possess technological power that he could use against other men, according to the wickedness of his heart. Look at the wording of some of these passages. The word, "given", in each of these Scriptures is Strong's #G1325, "didomi", which means "to give", to "grant", to "receive". In other words, these Scriptures are saying that God is going to allow the men of Antichrist to receive abilities that they never possessed before. These abilities will then be used to bring God's Judgments upon this wicked earth and its rebellious people.
Revelation 6:4-5 -- This passage foretells the next horse that rides out of Heaven after Antichrist rides, symbolizing his appearance on the earth. "And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword." In this instance, mankind will receive the ability to wage unprecedented warfare upon the inhabitants of the earth.
Revelation 6:8 -- This passage foretells that man will be given unprecedented ability to kill other men with unprecedented means. "And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth." We shall demonstrate that HAARP technology can wield this kind of weapon upon the peoples of the earth.
Revelation 13:5 -- Antichrist is given unprecedented ability by God to reign with a degree of wickedness and audacity never seen in history. "And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months." While HAARP cannot give the Antichrist such a great mouth, it can give him the ability to project his speeches all over the world, where people can see his image in the sky above them, speaking to them in their own language!
Revelation 13:7 -- Antichrist is given the ability to slaughter the saints of God. "And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations." I find it highly instructive that the same unprecedented ability which God is going to allow Antichrist to rule mankind and slaughter the saints of God is the same type of unprecedented technological ability God is going to give man in these other passages.
Revelation 16:8-9 -- HAARP can create this scourge of heat from the Sun! "And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire. And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues." I find it highly instructive that, while the last part of this passage says God retains power over these plagues, the first part of the passage says that God is going to "give" unto wicked men unprecedented powers by which other men are going to be judged! In other words, while God is allowing Satan to reveal unprecedented ability to human scientists to inflict death and suffering on wicked man, God retains ultimate control.
Now, let us examine some of the concerns of these New Age scientists of the damage HAARP can inflict upon the earth. HAARP can:

Create Earthquakes on demand wherever and whenever you wish on the earth. [Pages 18, 26 speak of using HAARP to create earthquake. However, our military discovered, by accident, how to create earthquakes using slightly different technology. Listen to the specific earthquake caused on page 47]. "The planetary-scale engineers tried to replace a ten by forty kilometer section of the ionosphere with a 'telecommunications shield' of 350,000 copper needles tossed into orbit ... when the military sent up a band of tiny copper wires into the ionosphere to orbit the planet so as to 'reflect radio waves and make reception clearer', we had the 8.5 Alaska earthquake and Chile lost a good deal of its coast. That band of copper wires interfered with the planetary magnetic field."

Magnifying and Focussing sunlight, called 'Skybusting' [Page 35]. This process could burn holes in the protective ozone layers, thus allowing intense sunlight to pour through, burning mankind severely [Page 57]. Look at Revelation 16:8, quoted above
Mind Control [Page 17-18, 26]. Using extremely low frequency bombardment at just the same frequency as the human brain operates, you can change a person's thoughts or emotions. God help us all when and if wicked men achieves finesse with this weapon!


HAARP can create nuclear-sized explosions without radiation! [Page 38, 62]. This process is protected by patent 4,873,928. This might be the "great" sword being wielded by the forces of Antichrist in Revelation 6:4. With this weapon, you could attack targets with nuclear-sized explosions without having to deliver nuclear warheads on missiles, or on aircraft, or any carrier!! This development could render all military calculations about how to defend against an enemy's attack completely useless.
Suddenly, my mind lights up like a lightbulb! Suddenly, I understand why the Russian and American negotiators were suddenly able to reach agreement on the destruction of so many warheads and missiles. Each side even allowed inspection teams to oversee the destruction of actual warheads and missiles. The world felt very much safer.

However, warheads carried on missiles are obsolete!! If both sides can create nuclear-sized explosions without radiation by HARRP-type radio transmitting towers, you would not need missiles to carry warheads. How can you defend against a nuclear-sized attack that is being initiated by silent, invisible ELF radio waves? How do you defend against a nuclear-sized attack when it is being initiated by ELF radio waves that are being generated on enemy territory, fly up to the ionosphere above his territory, and then bounce back down to your territory to create the explosion!

Clearly, the world has entered an entirely new world of warfare that no one has even conceived let alone thought through very well.

Furthermore, this subject brings us to the next capability of HAARP and like radio wave technology. These ELF radio transmitters can throw up an impenetrable shield against incoming missiles, aircraft, or anything trying to get through our airspace! Then, why are we attempting to perfect an anti-missile missile that can actually hit another missile in flight? Why is the American military moving rapidly in conjunction with the Israeli military to bring this more effective anti-missile missile to Israel so as to better protect against Syrian and Egyptian missiles? They probably don't want very many people knowing that we possess this type of effective missile shield over any battlefield, either strategic or tactical. When the Arabs engage the Israelis in this next war, they just might be shocked at the type of weapons that are annihilating them! The existence of this type of military capability is also the reason we are allowing the Arab governments to buy American weaponry to fight Israel in this next war. The Arabs don't understand that the Israeli military and we have taken a quantum leap forward in destructive, killing, and annihilating capability!
In fact, has the infantryman finally been made obsolete in warfare?





The greatest concern of New Age scientist Nick Begich, in his book, "Angels Don't Play This HAARP", is that scientists and the military are so very arrogant in their ignorant, reckless use of focussed energy into the ionosphere. Military scientists talk about "kicking this thing in high gear to see what would happen"! This attitude is complete arrogance. What if they set off an unintended reaction in the atmosphere that cannot be controlled or stopped? Indeed, I think some of the judgments foretold in the Book of Revelation might come from this type of major miscalculation by scientists.

The very fact that God has allowed man to achieve knowledge that enables them to create such great weapons of warfare makes me realize that we are truly at the End of the Age. Are you spiritually ready? Is your

HAARP has probably been used for a long time to influence the weather. Here is one article I found:

Several years later, in 1999, Dan Eden received e-mails from a reader in Serbia, where the UN forces had been fighting Melosovich, mostly with American armed forces and equipment. The e-mails mentioned a strange phenomenon that accompanied attacks by the U.S. A-10, "warthog" fighter jet.

It was reported that, just prior to an air attack, the sky often filled with huge black clouds that would materialized out of nowhere, and stayed until the end of the campaign -- which was usually couple of weeks. However, instead of rain, falling on Belgrade, there were hailstones the size of eggs.
