Why in the world would you think this relates to HAARP?

And for the record, there are no such things as freestanding holographic projections ala Star Wars. The video is certainly not an 'explanation' or 'proof', it's just a jumbled hodge-podge of unrelated photos and video clips with non-sequitur questions overlaid on it.

Look into how holograms work. This is a discrediting piece of evidence.
