The general impression of Nazi Germany is a nation misled by a madman into going to war to conquer the world and kill the Jews. The reality seems
much different but is greatly lacking in hollywood and in history books. It is not, however, hidden or buried, merely pop-culture history doesn't
pay close attention to reality.
Hitler, was probably more a genius than a madman, more sane than insane, and like Karl Marx, both were shunned but had done great works in their
respective fields.
Hitler, was a foreign policy master.
In his second book (zweites buch) Hitler argued the reasons for Germany to make an alliance with Britain, conquer Russia, and prepare for eventual
conflict with the US.
He barely mentions Jews and never once identifies them as a problem in the world that needs to be removed. But, by the time of the book Germany was
on the road to Nazism and wanted to hear the "Germany will rise again" spiels that dominated Hitler's public appearance.
But Hitler's foreign policy actions show he strongly believed what he wote in this second book.
So why did things turn out the way they did?
Why did History sweep this under the rug?
The more one reads the more obvious it is that had Britain allied Germany Germany would have conquered Russia and stopped. They had no aspirations to
conquer France.
Hitler argued against "Pan-Europe" explaining it would dilute the racial strengths of each nation as it has in the US.
Hitler also argued that war destroys the best of society and should be avoided.
With these facts then we can discuss why things really happened.
