how do you incorporate the picture against your profile details?

Go to the control panel here:
www.abovetopsecret.com...

Then go down and put in the url of the avatar you wish to use.

Oops, before I forget, be sure to read the Avatar and Signature Guidelines also:

first upload it if you dont have webspace for yourself to the ats site using the upload button, make sure the picture is 160 * 200 pixels or smaller..[something like that:]..then paste the url for your upload [shows in upload window] in the avatar url space and hit done.....

tried to do it ... hasn't worked ... what have I done wrong?

You have to put the given URL as your avatar URL.

You need to add /uploads

ie www.abovetopsecret.com...

instead of
www.abovetopsecret.com...

By the way, that picture exceeds the pixel width limit.

Example: www.abovetopsecret.com... that is my avatar URL. Youll have one just like it exept without Picard but it will have ats####_name.ext.

i also just found out that the picture there has to fullfill certain strange criteria, not really made clear in the rules section..but maybe ill come back to this later..pz, joz
