Are there refunds in the ATS store?

I want to get a refund on my ATS email addy. I dont remember what price I paied and dont have an ATS reciepet. I have not been able to get it to work though after the first 2 weeks. It worked for 2 weeks then stopped working. I would like a full refund please.

Same here i payed for use of the secret forum but to be honest it isnt that good so i hope i can get back my 3000points i paid.

points come and go, why not waste them?

What did you need those points for? Other than having a large number so you can point out to everyone how much more oobah you are than them?

Don't you know that when the # goes down the people with the most points get admitted to the ATS underground bunker first. It would suck if someone else got your place because you wasted your points

I can't get my email to work. I was told what the problem was, I understand how to get it to work and it won't.

I've tried it on 4 email clients under 3 OS's.

Perhaps we can have an intensive "get the email working" session with william in this thread?

I'm convinced the password I was given is wrong.

For someone who's been begging to be a mod for the past several months, you really have a weak grasp on how to communicate with staff. You may have received a quicker response had you sent me a U2U. Most people are able to get the accounts to work fine. They're plain vanilla POP e-mail boxes served by the most current version of SendMail. Pretty straight forward. However, the e-mail virus and spam scanning/filtering has been killing the server. We may suspend the e-mail offering after a bit more experimentation. If that happens, there will be points refunds.

William i have talked to you in the past about this. I have tried what you said but cant seem to get it working. I figured other people may have the same questions as I do, so i made a thread about it.


Can a supermod take me in as an apprentiance and teach me how not to screw up on ATS every week. lol lol
