Probably their own mortars firing, or they know that they are out of mortars range. I have acted even more calmy when mortars go off 500m away. Because they where our own round and we were the Forward Observation team ordering the rounds. Had to take measurement out of them. Those hits look like they are kilometers away, so why rush. If those were iragi rounds coming up at them they would be little more active, like dug their asses on the ground and fast.

at that other video situation is whole different, because those people are under hostile fire. in fact they act extremely calmy mostly, when thinking about the situation. Mortars are fired on you and you have about zero cover. Laying low is only thing you can do, if you don't have foxhole or bunker to cover you. What would you do, when you know that somebody is throwing exploding rounds at you. Those round cause everybody within 30m not well sheltered getting killed or severely wounded because of fragments. Those guys have about zero shelter, that hut or tent they are in does not give much shelter from high speed fragments.
