I wonder how many more of these incidents are out there, that won't be given to the press.

I wonder how many incidents of acts of courage and valor will go out there only to be overshadowed by the one nut job soldier who snaps after a few tours in Iraq.

I admit that some soldiers commit heinous acts, it has happened in all wars, but understand that this does not reflect that vast majority of our troops

It doesn't matter if this is or isn't normal, its clearly wrong. This soldier should be executed.

Especially if anyone thinks that 'criticism of the war plan aids the enemy', a guy like this, even a rational iraqi would have to think 'these people will possibly kill me even if i let them take me, so had better start fighting'. I mean, he may've killed 3 iraqis, but he's killed who knows how many american soldiers through this.
