To these people who had criticize me by baseless claims of F-35's engine, F135 is twice the power of that Typhoon's engines. I have to put up this post to state the fact from Wikipedia. I only put in the posts with fact that is the fact without misinterpret the facts.

Eurofighter Typhoon

Powerplant: 2× Eurojet EJ200 afterburning turbofans, 60 kN dry; 90 kN with afterburner (13,500 lbf; 20,250 lbf) each.

F-35 Lightning II

Powerplant: 1× Pratt & Whitney F135 afterburning turbofan, 43,000 lbf (w/AB) 28,000 lbf (dry) (191 kN w/AB, 128 kN dry).

I am aware of the twin engines that Typhoon have but the fact is that this engines is very disappointing two-generation behind the F135. I would give the thumb up with Typhoon's improve flight performance if BAE or air forces would go ahead to fit the F135 engines into these jets.

Ah one thing, I can't wait for Japan to unveil their own newest fighter jet being powered by either one or two F135 engine(s).
