I have been searching for first "theoretics" of antigravity vehicle or their propulsion systems but the oldest was from Nikola Tesla.
Can someone point me to right direction?

I do not know of the first theories, but i believe and have exsperimented on this. to get anti-gravity, you need to switch the poles constantly. my theory. check out these sites. american antigravity.com,new scientists, electromagnetics, tesla motors, shumann, thule triebwerk, hans colers machine, the philidelphia exsperiment, and that crazy cannadian guy who says he has levitated and melted metals and combined wood and metals. like the philidelphia exsperiment.

Go find out where Dr Ning Li went, give her a call.

She used to work with the "non traditional propulsion systems" group there in Huntsville, got some Gubmint funding (500K?), did some research, started a company and I don't know where she went to after that.

She was doing a lot of work in UAH's space plasma department.

I don't think she disapeared (or anything too drastic), her homepage is here.

It appears that she's now with La Trobe University in Australia.

Or, were you referring to this Ning Li, or maybe a third?

Wow that was surprising. No, it's a different one. Dr Li was sort of chubbier in the face, and I believe she's a bit older.

She thought she had solved Podletkov's problem and went off to do a lot of theoretical work. She teamed up with some other guy that was fabricating a special superconductor plate for her and they went off..somewhere. It dropped off the NASA budget and whose it went onto I don't know. Li got hard to find in Huntsville and I don't recall seeing her in town the year I left.
