This one is located at 18.5 degrees latitude, 65.0 degrees East longitude.
It's in the upper left Quadrant of the image.

Pyramid

Download the big image to get a good look. (requires Jpeg 2000 viewer, available at site)

I'm not making any judgements either way.
I just thought you'd like to see this!

Anyway, you read it here first!

Perhaps a picture link would help.
Here is a section of the giant image, I exported it from the jp2 image.

Just the "Pyramid"

Yes....interesting...indeed.

I don't have the experience to say if it is real or not..gut feeling is ET handywork

Obviously with all these ET pyramids turning up in the last bunch of decades can you tell me what really went on in Eygpt and obviously how they constructed the earth pyramids..Do you think they had a form of ET tech that archaeologists didn't find?

I really don't know.

I would love, more that anything for these anomalies to be something other than natural. Right now, I just think they are some sort of natural phenomenon.

I thought it was interesting that a formation, very similar to the ones in Cydonia, can be found at another location on Mars.

The jp2 viewer comes with measuring tools of some sort..I'll try to get a handle on the size of this formation.
I'll also try to export a more zoomed-in version..This is not zoomed to 100 percent..

Oh, by the way, the full image, total size is about 275 MB..so it's a good sample of Martian ground, for sure!

im gonna take the risk of sounding stupid and ask where you guys see the pyramid. are you guys looking at the big thing in the center, because that doesn't look like a pyramid...

Ben

I somewhat agree.
It looks a little like a pyramid, but not any more or less than those at the Cydonia region.

Here is a closer look.

Looks more like a giant Martian nipple.

There's nowhere safe I can take that... so I'll just stop there.

That doesn't really look much like a pyramid at all really. Either the Martians are pretty poor pyramid builders or it's just a natural formation.

IMHO, its a natural formation, but it would be interesting to note that being in the middle of the desert as they are (the pyramids in egypt), if you left them alone for a few centuries, the sand would build up, and they would very probably end up looking like the one in the picture here.

So, does it look more, or less like a Pyramid than the
Cydonia "D and M" Pyramid?

Global Surveyor pics

I think they are both equivalent candidates.

It is all about geology. Just a natural formation and not Alien made. It is easy to find formations that "look like" all sorts of things. I think it is stretching credibility a bit to claim ET made that somewhat pyramidal shape in the image. Pyramids are generally accompanied by other signs of civilization such as cities. There needs to be more verifiable evidence to make such a claim. A geological formation is the logical choice and the data adds up. File this one under Mars Mountain.

jra you have to remember that not all pyramids are made of stone like the ones in Egypt. All over Earth there are natural looking man mad pyrimids. Heres a couple for comparison.

Europe, overgrown stone pyramid

stonage pyramid in Britain

pyramid in China

Now im not saying it is alienmade, its more than likely a natural formation or an illusion, but it could go a long way to explaining why there so many pyramids all over Earth if it isn't a natural formation.

Terapin with the climate on Mars any signs of civilization could have easily been wiped out, it doesn't take much to bury a civilization here on Earth.

Right now though my bets on a natural formation or illusion.

But at least those look more like pyramids. The pic spacedoubt posted doesn't even really have a pyramid shape. If anything, it has more of a 'ramp' shape.

It does seem that the closer you look, the less pyramidal the object appears.

Here is the first image I saw.

You can probably see why I wanted to take a closer look.
But, the closer I looked, the less pyramid I saw.

I agree. It looks more like lava build up then a pyramid. I don't know much about geololgy but, it doesn't look really pyramid like. May I ask what this pic is from. The moon or mars?

Awwwh - All I got for Christmas was a Martian rock.
...,

Martian Rorschachs! Those wiley et's are whetting our appetites with Martian rorschach tests - it's a psychological investigation.

None of those natural-looking man made pyramids look anywhere near as naturally made as the one on Mars. Just my opinion.
