Nice find, thx for sharing. These journalists seem really into it as well.

A funny observation, the graphic they used kinda looked like either a Hanebue or Vril type craft. Wonder why they would chose such an old representation for an ufo, sure the basics are there, but its not very sexy

The conspiracy meter would´ve gone off the scale had it happened at Denver international airport

Its possible the "hole" in the clouds is nothing more than a natural phenoemenon. Since it looks like something punched through the clouds, thats what most people would conclude. Stories get spread from there.

You have to take in consideration the witnesses.
From what was reported, they are trained personnel, pilots and mechanics.

I doubt they would mistake a natural phenomenon for a 'stationary metallic disc shapped object'.

Unless you think the 'witnesses' are all liars.

It also appears the UFO came first then the hole in the clouds. If no hole we still have a UFO report to deal with.

From this email on the UFO Updates List, looks like Martin Shough has "data files from the nearest radar for times
bracketing the observation.
"

Hope this will yield some positive results, since I'm very skeptical about the alleged photos.

No forget the FAA Radar that would have been compramised I am talking about the media weather reports. Yes they would have used the same dopler radar that the FAA uses but perhaps there is a record of the event. Overlooked by the ones that cover these things up.

You are mixing things, or didnt read the mail correctly.

Martin has the data files from the NEXRAD.

So the prospect of good weather radar data is not great but I do
have NEXRAD data files from the nearest radar for times
bracketing the observation.

NEXRAD or Nexrad (Next-Generation Radar) is a network of 158 high-resolution Doppler radars operated by the National Weather Service, an agency of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) within the United States Department of Commerce.

He doesnt even have the FAA radar data (yet).

NARCAP has a request
granted but still pending with FAA for ATC surveillance radar
data.

But yes I agree with you, I wouldnt put much expectations on the FAA radar data.

Also, I'd LOVE any eye witnesses and or "insiders" any of our Members may know personally.

Springer...

Springer, I do believe that there was a member claiming that they drove back to the airport area and noticed an object in the sky, on a different day. I'll see if I can find who it was.
