For some reason they don’t want that info out yet, we haven’t been “officially” back to the moon for many years for similar reasons. They only removed the obvious signs, which have kept their existence in the realm of fables, where it will remain until they feel the time is right.

In the over all scheme of things what is happening here is not such a big deal, although it might seem a big deal to us. Just like the rain that falls or the sun that shines, it is just the unfolding of a natural process. All things have their time and place and reason for being. Out of the six and a half billion folks living on earth today just a relative handful of good folks happen to be reading this thread here on ATS, or are generally aware of humanity's fantastic potential, as you says, “…until the time is right.”

Sleeper, I was wondering about who makes these kinds of decisions? Who determines when the time is right? Is this done by some sort of formula or by a committee or do the orders come down from the top? Or does everyone involved have a role to play?

(Oh, and about Atlantis. There are probably vast hordes of glittering and unimaginable treasures still there just beyond the reach of our outstretched hands, waiting to be discovered deep within hidden depths of a cold dark sea.)

Certainly there is plenty of gloom to go around and plenty of us hoping to be ruptured from this dreadful place---and we all will be in due time---thousands will get there leave today and every day more will follow---but life as we know it here on earth will continue for thousands of years before the big eraser comes in.

There is a certain amount of push and pull by higher entities but much of everything works like a wound up clock. At one time populations of squirrels, rabbits, raccoons and such were controlled by wolves, foxes, dogs and bobcats, now it’s done with the automobile---a natural progression, same effect.

Ripe fruit falls off the vine by itself or from a push by a breeze ---and sometimes it gets picked by human hands.

Sorry for the long wind of an explanation but the fact is there are many things in play and many are automatic, built in, and just happen---and to keep things interesting some things are complete surprises---even for the upper entities.

That's a spoken Truth! My "guys" actually block me from certain stuff - and tell me not to fill my head with anything they don't approve of. They want me to focus only on their words and direction.

The thing with Cayce is he was a devout Christian - even if you see the future - it is not written in stone - and then must be interpreted by the individual. A strong belief can influence an interpretation.

I find it very interesting that I was led here - no coincidence.

I will follow protocol and restrict my Q's to 3...

1. Assuming a soul incarcerated in a human body has understood compassion, love, empathy etc, and they move to a planet more suited to their karmic level, will their new incarnation include prior memories or are we so far down the pecking order of enlightenment that we have some ways to go yet before memories come back. I guess I want to know how many more lives before I can remember during the incarnation rather than the in between stages.

2. Will a human now be human in every physical incarnation or am I right in thinking that we could populate any of the physical machines depending on our assignment.

3. Some contactees report experiences through memories etc. I regularly lucidly dream of other planets and places but this is my imagination, surely. Others reporting memories as truth is confusing because I have never put much credence in anything I am pretty sure I am making up. Would you agree these dreams are just that or wishful thinking or perhaps they do hold some sort of meaning?

I'm just confused with some people's reports, although I can't claim to have any fully awake and alert experiences, it seems easy to differentiate those with truth and those without, even if the message is the same. However, I have no idea where this knowledge comes from so trying to establish it's accuracy is difficult.

But why, Sleeper, what could they possibly be so afraid of? So afraid that they'd be willing to kill for?

And what about folks like us who read this thread. Are we in any danger? Just because we might have read somebody else's internet blog? And might have made a few innocent posts?

I suspect that lots of internet websites might covertly be run by various different nations' CIA/COINTELPRO type, or maybe even 'alien' type, covert operatives, who put these 'spider webs' up to catch unsuspecting 'flies' who are attracted to a certain kind of material, and get captured (or are 'outed') by being snared in their webs.

Now, I know that ATS, having a certain degree of integrity, wouldn't deliberately stoop to being involved in these kind of activities, but no one can stop 'them' for monitoring websites like these, and finding out what innocent and/or nefarious people are thinking about.

To be on the safe side, shouldn't folks here assume that we are all being monitored by the 'aliens' and others?

And if we fear for our lives, our families and/or our jobs, shouldn't folks be a little more careful?

Wouldn't it be wise to give a warning like: Posters beware! Your next post could be your ticket to Guantanamo. (Or to a Siberian moon orbiting Pluto!)

I would like to know if there is a higher level for negative beings? As you can see I failed on the positive side yet I seek knowledge like you. In this higher neg-zone can I have anything I want? I would guess I can have anything for a small price.

Don't try and rush off to other places. Earth needs help and if you have a need for love you don't have to get it by the human being. You can find love caring for the animals and the plants. Human love will come when it is time, be patient for when you show love you recieve love.

I suggest since you are still on the "Punch Card of Life on Earth" - - you give it all you've got.

If you have a job - - do you only do what is passable not to get fired? That seems rather dull and dreary.

Life IS Choice - - you can choose to be positive and give it all you've got - - or you can lay back - sluff through - be bored - and negative.

It’s a smorgasbord here on earth concerning levels of awareness, many of us people like you and others that already know there is something going on besides the puny things of this world will retain these memories and more, and even have a choice on their next crib

It all depends on the why you are here in the first place, volunteered, or sent. If volunteered depends on your credentials---most volunteers have no idea until they leave that it was their choice to be here.

Most dreams are fracture memories of other places, some are revisiting things on this plane with others visiting with you from other places---also people we know on earth now are people we knew on other planets---with the same recognizable features and traits.

There are no high up negative entities, they all hit a very low ceiling.
