The first sentence makes me doubt it...

It was a Tibetan monk named T. Lobsang Rampa and his epic book "The Hermit"....

T. Lobsang Rampa was a fraud. His real name was Cyril Henry Hoskins, a plumber's assistant from Surrey, England.

Secondly, the first photo is the worst UFO shot I have ever seen. Looks like a flock of birds to me. The second photo, a fuzzy photocopied smudge with pen drawn outlines where the UFO should be. Right. Horrible webpage design as well. Looks like it was desgned by drunken, color-blind clowns. Looney indeed.
