Dead birds found in Austin Texas related to Scalar weather?

Noticed this in the news this AM... Along with the reports being discussed about the NYC "gas leak." They found a bunch of dead birds in the street in downtown Austin, TX and closed the streets down while they collected the bodies of the dead birds so they could find out what killed them...

I was thinking it could be something like industrial fallout or pollution in the air or something like that, then I also remembered some info I had read from another site about possible unexplained deaths of birds......

Thomas Bearden is a well known name in the Chemtrail world as he thinks the weather is modified by Scalar generators, aka HAARP and the like.

Anyone have any input?
