"falling out of a dream"

ok so i seem to constantly have this problem were im sleeping and in my dreams i fall just trip, ok so this is the weird part i wake with the feeling that im about to hit the ground so i put myhands out in front of me and yell out, the weirder part is i have this happen nightly 2 to 3 times a night, having a nice dreams then i fall and right before i hit i wake up.


any ideas?

dreams of falling indicate that you are contemplating giving into
a sexual urge or impulse. You maybe lacking indiscretion.

I also think falling maybe an indication of being overwhelmed
or out of control .

I do wonder if you find the reason, if the dreams will stop...

well it cant be the sex thing im not sexually active(no sex till marriage) and dont have any current girlfreinds.
