The goverment cant even come up with original ideas. The old blow up (or attack) a ship in enemy harbor has been done to death. Spanish - American war of 1898 was started this was. And lets not forget the so-called gulf of tonken incident that 40 years later was shown to be total bs.

Our govt is capable of anything. Anytime someone tells you our govt would never allow terrorist attacks on its own citizens, refer them to Operation Northwoods

There have been SEVERAL threads about this. Nothing new.

Some people argue that Operation Northwoods has nothing in it that comes close to 9/11 though, most of the casualities are not real, or just a boatload of people, or if Terror was in Washington it was directed at Cubans,(just some plastic bombs) there isn't anything in Operation Northwoods that has Terror directed at US civillians on mass. The terror would be more similar to IRA bombings or the Terror in Spain.

9/11 is much, much different.

It still a troublesome piece though, and it shows the lack of concern for human life i.e refugees.

Having said this I still think that the CIA allowed 9/11, where they could have prevented it. A black operation of sorts.
