PPS. MO, perhaps it was ignored for the reasons mentioned in this thread. Or it was decided that no action was needed. Or action was taken and you just were not aware of it. No complaint is ever ignored.

Too many assume that when we say complaints are anonymous they are in effect not.

They are!!!

Anonymous complaints have there use and I think it's important they remain but if members are making a specific complaint concerning problems they are facing then please add your name and if it concerns a particular post then please add an URL.

We are not omnipotent.Anonymity was guarenteed so that we get honest feedback.Please bear that in mind.

Fortunately we can be like Sherlock Holmes, and I already know who the last anonymous complainer is.

Perhaps we can get William to make a tutoral for the "complaint" button...in that when you click it to do a complaint, the tutoral comes up giving examples and then asks for 'confirmation' of understanding before you can proceed to the actual complaint form and begin filling out.....

Stealth, if you have a query with the reason for a warning etc, feel free to u2u any of the mods with your side of the story. Random obscure complaints that 'so and so sucks' really wont get much of a look-in without an explanation and saying who you are so we can respond.
