Failed Win16 interface. It actually would be pretty cool for a nintendo 64 system or something, but it failed horribley in its own time. Supposed Melinda Gates was responsible for Microsoft Bob. The Friend's of Bob list is pretty funny.

You could hunt around on IRC. Probably find some old farts happy to peddle this stuff. Ebay might have it, but i doubt it.
