im new to this site. im in the united states air force and im in the security forces career field..much like the army MP. i am stationed at malmstrom afb montana.

And about USAAF..

That was what USAF was during ww2 and little after..

United States Army Air Force -> USAAF

USAAS: United States Army Air Service

USAAC: United States Army Air Corps

USAAF: United States Army Air Forces

USAF: United States Air Force



Service has had many names..

And USAAC and USAAF did exist in same time..

To my knowledge..

yea that sounds about right..good information fulcrum i know the air force was a part of the army until the NSA act of 1947 when it bcame its own branch and called united states air force..had to pull out one of my training books..

thanks for all of your welcomes..i already love some of the threads i read...i love expanding my knowledge and always consider the other side..i read on some post that the government tests diseases and illnesses on soldiers...i definately could believe that we get so many shots and rarely know what they r for..hopefully im not infected with ne thing...
...im glad i stumbled cross this site i was begining to think nobody but me questioned the government..and other weird #..thanks everyone
