I tried to join the Dutch Army last year but they turned me down, now i'm enlisting for sure unless I have something wrong with me I was not aware of.

Early next year i'll be going to basic so fortunatly you wont have to read my spam for a month or two atleast.

By the way for those interested, I did my ASVAB and barely passed (damn algebra).

My MOS will likely be Armor or Cavscout, I will go to boot camp around mid January.

I'm back, I ended up with a job in Artillery, not what I wanted but it's still pretty cool!

I am now officially a 13B Cannon Crewmember and a Soldier of the US Army...

Where will you be going to Basic Training? Do you know yet? I was stationed at Ft. Knox. I am not sure if they train for artillery there, but they do train the armor crews there.

I am now in Korea using a USO computer, I wanted to see if there were any new developments are at ATS but it seems all discussions are discussed to death lol.

I am enjoying my self while I do feel a bit isolated from my friends and family in the US.

I know have a laptop, it's a Gateway and is serving me well, set up a little wireless network with my roommate.

Vista is irking me off though, I don't like it's latest feature: crashing my applications all the time, esspecialy Yahoo Messeger...

You go to Ft. Sill? I was down at Sheppard AFB for while and I had friends up at Ft. Sill who were artillery. Looks like we were down there at about the same time too. It's a windy part of the country. Good luck to you man.
