Manchester United have reportedly made their move to sign Everton's Thomas Gravesen.
The Reds, FA Cup flops against Exeter on Saturday, have been linked with the Danish midfielder during the past couple of months.
And according to the Sunday Express they made contact with his agent - former Old Trafford star John Sivebaek - last week.
Gravesen is out of contract in the summer and United have made it clear they'll compete for his signature if he rejects a new Goodison deal and leaves
for free.
The Dane, a revelation in Everton's superb first half of the season, is likely to be offered a new deal by the Toffees, worth around 40,000 a week.
But that still might not be enough to keep him on Merseyside.
