West Ham have handed a trial to Venezuelan Under-21 international goalkeeper Mikhael Jaimez. The South American currently plies his trade for Romanian first division outfit Cluj, where he is second choice, whom he joined after serving his footballing apprenticeship in America.

Well he is meant to be highly rated, and what with Walker out for so long who i think is the 2nd best behind Carroll, it looks like Pardew is looking to build for the future again. Hislop is only there as a gap filler and it doesn't look like he fancies Bywater...

wouldnt it be a problem getting a work permit
