Jose Mourinho has targeted winning the Carling Cup from the moment he set foot inside Stamford Bridge.
The reason the former Porto coach wants to win the competition the other Premiership big guns treat with contempt, is solely down to his desire to end
the their four-year wait for silverware and ensure he fulfils the terms of his contract with the club.
Mourinho is well aware that success means trophies and winning the Carling Cup, however belittled it may be by his counterparts at the top of the
Premiership, would be a fine start for the Blues boss.
