The way he has got the side playing, they would be mad to let him go.

to be honest i have no idea how long he signed for. by the sounds of it he has really grown to chelsea and likes the premiership.

but with roman i think if you dont win things you are out the door. so there is high expectations on him as a manager but his comments are sure to please the fans. and wanting to stay as long as four years is long in football these days
