Blackburn Rovers defender Lorenzo Amoruso has angrily criticised former boss Graeme Souness' approach to management. The Italian accused Souness, now
in charge at Newcastle, of using old fashioned training methods and lacking man-management skills. However, he is impressed with new boss Mark Hughes
and believes results will improve under the new regime.
"Everybody knows that Graeme had some problems with some of the players," said Amoruso.
"I just got the feeling that these people were not made to be part of the same team.
"Mark has changed a lot of things and he is clearly from the new school of management.
"Graeme Souness was more from the old school and his training was old school because he had us doing a lot more running.
"Mark is different - training is all about concentrating on what we would do in a game."
