Arsenal wonder kid Francesc Fabregas could be set to earn his first cap for Spain after manager Luis Aragones hinted he is close to a call-up.

The 17-year-old has started every Premiership game for Arsenal this season in the absence of star midfielder Patrick Vieira and has surpassed all expectation.

Yeah he is Spanish and they got him from Barcelona in 2003. They got him for an Undisclosed fee, but i'm sure they will have to fork out a bit when he is in the team regular.

He is Arsenals youngest ever first team player, he played at 16 yrs old.

I got emailed this from a Friend whose goes out with a relative that is involved in with Arsenal he said that the players were taking the mick out of Cesc after his performances and they were saying how Real Madrid will be tapping him up apparently he got upset and basically told everyone there is no chance in hell i would sign for them *********

(you see he is a Catalan) so that is why he replied the way he did

he scored the other night against england in a under 21 match. but his manager wenger is worried incase he burns out

Arsene Wenger fears that Cesc Fabregas could suffer from burn-out from playing too many games.

The talented teenager has already made 15 appearances this season, due mainly to a growing injury crisis at Highbury.

All that i know is that it is long term, usually that means a 5 yr deal at least.
